日本のホスピタリティとその課題　モードは語る

日本で一か月を過ごしたラグジュアリーホスピタリティーのエキスパート、Paola Gheis 氏にインタビューした記事を書きました。日経連載第99回、「モードは語る」です。

I wrote an article featuring an interview with Paola Gheis, a luxury hospitality expert who spent a month in Japan. She provides sharp insights into Japan’s luxury hospitality industry, as well as the challenges it faces. I hope many people involved in the field will have a chance to read about these issues.
