訪れた日は木曜日で、ちょうどこの日だけはローラン・ペリエのロゼが用意されており、思いがけない幸運にあやかりました。ホテルの住所にちなんで名づけられた日本酒「壱ノ壱ノ壱」もここで堪能できます。この日本酒入りのカステラはパレスホテルのブティックでも販売していて、私は時々、手土産としてこのカステラを持っていきます。珍しいし縁起のいい名前なので、喜ばれますよ✨

他のホテルとの違いを際立たせているのは、クラブラウンジのサービススタイル。セルフサービスの喧噪ではなく、スタッフが注文を伺い、一杯ごとに丁寧に提供してくれるため、落ち着いた雰囲気が保たれています。

加えて、プリントアウトをお願いした際には、即座に美しく印刷され、ホテルオリジナルのファイルに収められて手元に届くという心配りまで。小さなサービスにまで一貫して「品」が宿っています。

By chance, my visit fell on a Thursday—when Laurent-Perrier Rosé is offered—making the evening feel all the more special. The hotel’s own sake, Ichi-no-Ichi-no-Ichi, named after its address, is also available here.
